Long time no post… We are leaving Geneva to go to Guatemala in summer. No, it is not for holidays but to take the Head of the ICRC mission there, so it will be for 2 years or so. Normally, it is quite easy in other missions to change place as our great administration is very useful arranging things. Here, we are on our own and there are so many things that have to be taken care that it is a bit nightmarish. We have a problem to get Laura at school in Guatemala and we are looking for alternatives. Until it is confirmed (the less bad alternative, that is) is quite stressful. At the same time, I am still on charge of the operations in Western Europe and Turkey so my mind is very busy. This said, I have to say that did not see/read lately any of real interest to comment or post. It is not just the absence of it, but it maight be as well that my mind is busy with other pressing issues. I am not worried for my readers, the stats says I do not have a mass of them but I do not want to stop altogether with this blog. So, will keep trying!
Muchas cosas: casa, colegios, etc. A ver qué tal va!
Well, I did not get many comments, meaning that I have to make more propaganda of my blog. In the mean time, I’m back in Israel / Occupied territories and the situation is becoming more confuse. Confusion is not always a good thing for stability. There are many doomsday scenarios around and speculation is seen as the privilege of the foreigners.
